Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the SMT platform. By registering, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. This is a template pending legal review.

Accounts: you are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity of users you add to your business. Keep your contact information current.

Marketplace and trade: SMT provides tools to connect buyers and suppliers and to record trade activity. SMT is not a party to the underlying commercial contracts between businesses unless expressly stated.

Payments: SMT records and verifies payments and does not itself move funds. A payment is only confirmed through a verified provider event, an authorized finance action, or approved reconciliation.

Prohibited conduct: fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, circumventing verification, and attempts to access other users' data are prohibited and may result in suspension.

Liability and disputes: liability is limited as permitted by law; disputes are handled per the Dispute Policy.
